We started from a simple idea: quality beats quantity. Search engines index billions of pages; we would rather point you to the handful actually worth your time in each category. Sites are added based on quality, usefulness and reputation, and listings are updated when sites shut down, change owners or stop being excellent.

We do not accept paid submissions. No site can buy its way into this directory, and no listing position is for sale. Where a page carries advertising, it is clearly labeled as such and has no influence on what gets listed.
